Lennar does not care
Shoddy, shoddy workmanship Homeowners have to fight to get warranty work done Lennar does not act as a liason between homeowners and subcontractors; homeowners have to battle with subcontractors - many of whom speak a different language Repairs are often worse than original problems During repairs, they break other things Unresponsive regarding warranty work - stall to the end of the warranty period Workers remove and discard code-mandated safety items Lennar does not enforce their own rules and Federal laws regarding worker safety, homeowner safety, and environmental laws They lie and try to convince us that defects are normal such as doors and windows leaking We are still waiting to have items finished - it has been a year A new home should not be a a fixer-upper!

Lennar of Sarasota has no clue about coordinating closings. We were given three different times for closing since May 2005. We are not in our home yet, we are waiting for a REAL CLOSING date. We signed our contract in May 2004.
