Comments:
I bought a home at 200 Brannan, Lennar's foray into the city condo market, and so far it has been a disaster. Lennar has done nothing right - the construction was late, there was no communication regarding the delays, there is still construction ongoing onsite but no word of when it will all be done, there are still many things to be finished on our unit but no word on when they will be done. I would NOT recommend buying a Lennar home.
