Disappointed
There are many issues on our "punch list," which we were told would be fixed by January '07 and its now May '07 and nothing has been accomplished! Very disappointed with how Shoemaker is handling closings. Isle of Capri basically forced us to close on our property even though there were numerous problems. Overall disappointed!
