Comments:
KB homes did not address the noise problem that we complained about over and over. They even ran a ?noise test? and came back with results that they were within the building standards. This is not acceptable, because I can hear my neighbor upstairs (we own a condo) walking around. I did not spend 488K to hear that. I am very dissatisfied with my KB home.
