Everything I have needed fixed.. mostly small things.. door stoppers, scratches etc.. have been written up for me and someone has been out evertime. Even fixed a few things.. like the garbage disposal my kids put stuff in.... :)

I have had nothing but positive experiences with KB, and thoroughly enjoy my KB home. Just about everyone who has entered my home is in awe, of not only its size but how spacious and beautiful it is. We had some minor issues, but they were quickly resolved by KB. I find that if you deal with people professionally and in a courteous manner, you get things done. There is a lot that goes into the process of building a house, this is what we've learned as the process went along. There are many teams of people that work on it, and things are bound to happen. What matters to me is that people fix the things we have problems with. I thoroughly recommend our construction superintendant that took charge. His personal commitment to the building of the house is reflected in the place that we call home.

Leaking sliding glass doors, cracked walls, joists showing through the first and second floor ceilings, mold in the window sills, separation of ceiling and wall in the master bedroom shower, and multiple nail pops are what I have experienced with this builder.
