Delays, delays, lies and more lies. Smoke and mirrors from this builder. Sales reps tell you anything to buy a home. Then once you're in....good luck on getting anything done. I was told that my home would have a "view" of the lodge, and green belt areas. Guess what? My home has a blocked view of the lodge because of the green wind screen on the tennis courts, so that is all I see. Also, the "green belt" is all dirt and weeds as this is supposedly a naturalist protected area. But, the builder is tearing up other areas on the contruction site that are also protected areas. All of the homeowners on my block that have this crappy view are unhappy about being lied to. Additionally, I was told that I would have one kind of roof put on and a certain brick was shown to me. Neither which were correct. In trying to fight the builder on this issue, I was given a credit for the wrong roof, but they refuse to do anything about the piece of junk brick they put on my house. My house looks different than any other house on the block or in the neighborhood. I absolutely hate it. Additionally, I've had plumbing leaks, causing me to have to move out of my home office for 3 wks while they fixed and re-fixed it. I, along with other homeowners, have "HOT" water coming from out "cold" water faucets in the summer. We've measured this hot water at up to 125 degrees!!! The builder is refusing to do anything about this. And I could go on and on. Bottom line, don't buy a house from this builder unless you want lots of headaches and lost time fighting with them. And bottom line, don't believe anything they tell you. Get everything in writing.

Home is located in Riverside County (Temecula). Purchased home approx. two and a half years ago and have experienced major issues with water intrusion and mold.

Over all I have had a good experinece they are a little slow on the response from the customer service. The realtor at this specific home site was great
