He is just out to make quick money, throws these houses up with great speed. they are built largely by unsupervised labor...who knows (unless you are a builder yourself) what is wrong with our house ! We do see the splitting in the floors under the linoleum and in the Garage floor. He cuts too many corners. He graded the property incorrectly and was not willing to make it right.
