The builder was very thorough and worked hard to make sure all sub-contractors completed their jobs in a timely nd efficient manner. The builder was on the site everyday to stay ahead of any possible or forseeable problems The buillder was extremely accurate on his proposed costs and estimates on labor and material. Keeping us from having any "surprised" or "hidden" costs.
