Comments:
We bought a wooded lot when they cleared the land for the house they took 3/4 of our trees. And were only supposed to go 30' from any structure. At one point the land is cleared to 250'. Then he left the pile for us to deal with. The guy argued with the inspector for so long about some pilings in the crawl space that interest rates went up 1.5 pts before we could close.
