Not Worth the Investment-BUYER BEWARE
Sloppy workmanship, poor warranty work, no checks or balance's, builder is more interested in quantity than quality, never would have expected such a big dis-appointment from this builder, 2/10 home buyers warranty is not worth the paper it is written on, builder has shown little or no lack of concern toward's me the owner, these homes are poorly built, lumber that is used to frame these homes appear to be that of scrap lumber, hard to find any solid 2x4 in the home's as they are under construction, all the framing studs are pieced together, numerous homeowners in this sub-division have had many problems, I already having problems with my drywall and ceilings home is one year old, poorly built.

Who is accountable with City code inspectors allow the violations?
After moving into my home I noticed the walls were un square. They look like a fun house (with mirrors). The sheet rock has bow and dents. The dry wall looks like an adobe(mud house).There are numerous code violation that the city allowed. No metal stripping above door and windows to support the brick and we are on the New Madrid Fault. My hard is built up land fill and clay. I have no drainage. Even my sod is dying from mushy places
