bad builder in lafayette, in
this builder filed bankruptcy-after leaving the Lafayette, IN area, is now selling mortgages in Firt Wayne, IN. all homes in the subdivision built by this builder have major problems. being in our mid 60s - we cannot afford attorney fees to continue to pursue these issues. the state of IN has no protection for home buyers, requires no licensing of general contractor - and very few "construction type" contractors must be licensed. the local "Home Builder's Assoc" refuses to do anything regarding these issues.
