Never buy a Horton home
I found the workmanship to be very shoddy. Cracks in the driveway and walk were not fixed. Garage floods everytime it rains along with the side door leaking. Garage door paining was very poor .... white areas show around the windows. Everything is done by individual contractor companies .....doesn't Horton have any employees of their own? Master toilet still plugs up 3-4 times a month.

Comments:
We bought the house as a spec that was almost completed, from the initial signing of papers to the closing was less than a month. We have only lived in the house 9 days.
