I don't belive how a builder can survive with so poor customer service and horrible sales person. Spcially at estancia at anatolia community--th sales manager-her behavior is horrible and she is not at all courteous. After movin the DR Horton does not care at all about the service that was agreed upon before the agreement.

Please do not purchase a Dr. Horton home. The Sales person doesn't return calls when you have questions. The warranty person does not respond to repair requests. The home is built very poorly, the workmanship is awful. A portion of inside bathroom walls and baseboards are already cracking. I've spent countless hours trying get problems fixed. For the most, part you have to either keep calling for emailing before someone will respond. This should not happen.
