Problems pointed out during construction and settlement inspection were ignored. Final or 60 day list was extreme. Two years after settlement house is still being worked on.Windows aren't square, house has leeked, house smelled of sewage for 2 months, sewage pipes exploded into basement, possesions destroyed, cracked grout and tile. Hardwood flooring rained on and plumbing leeked on wood flooring. Flooring had to be refinished. We moved out and had to pay our own expenses for one month due to floor refinishing. Got expenses back 6 months later. Had a hanging electric wire, It took 2 weeks to find the hanging wire. Half of the electric didn't work 2 weeks. Walls were off 4 inches in some areas of home. Windows would not open or close properly. Sales people could write up your options and take your money, but what you paid for was omitted from your home with no offer of money back for paid option.Home is built in Chester County PA. Craftmark Homes no longer builds in PA, but builds in other states. Buyers beware. Do not use Craftmark Homes.
