Our Major Slab Problem with Coventry Homes

7 months after move-in interior sheet rock began cracking, along with doors sticking, not closing, plus exterior brick cracking and drive way heaving. Engineer's report shows the front right quadrant of the home has heaved upward almost 3", basically causing the house to tilt. There's a 1 1/2" difference from the front door to the first wall, which is a distance of approx. 10'. Coventry Homes (MHI Homebuilders) will not correct the problem and they have only offered to repair the cosmetic damage. Coventry Homes is not an honest builder and will not do what is right. Estimates to fix the problem, amount to approx. $50,000, which is a bid I received from a foundation repair company.
