Comments:
BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER! They will explain the application process to you and will then switch it on a whim if they think they can get more money out of you for the apartment. For example, even though it is supposed to be 1st come, 1st serve, they will not hestitate to ask 2 candidates to bid on a property if the applications come in near each other. It is bad business and does not bode well for the reputation of this builder.
