Padilla is a bully, watch for unexpected problems, fines

Padilla tries to strong-arm home owners. He threatens to sue if you refuse to close because of house problems. These problems will not get fixed! He has no regard for the buyers. The employees just keep you happy until you have too much invested financially to reconsider. Everything includes an extra charge even if you are told that it is included with the house. Get everything in writing. The covenants are unfairly enforced. The board is made up of Padilla and associates(no home owners). Lots owned by Padilla are exempt from the covenants but the board will issue fines without discussion. Our phone calls and emails go without response. Padilla refuses to make any concession and acts as a despot in our neighborhood. He will threaten to put a lean on your house!

no person should get convinced to build a home by looking at completed homes that look impressive. the builder's main goal is to get commitments by quailfied people. to develope the subdivision. the real deal is;once you are hooked. builders get attitude and disreguard how much the buyer has extended financially to build. the better choice is to go with a quailified broker or agent. to get treated according to the rules. take it or leave it. protect your bum with padilla homes. ps. i have done my homework
