Comments:
House was delivered 8 months after promised. Since moving in 3 years ago, sump pump has broken. Air conditioning has broken 3 times. Sprinkler system broke. Basement has flooded 3 times. Roof leaks. Foundation has separated from house. Service department does not return phone calls.
