In my opinion I do not recommend any one buying a United Bilt home.It has been over a year and we still have problem's occur daily.EXAMPLE:air conditioner,upstairs plywood popping up,door's not shutting properly,water spots on foundation,plumbing,just to name a few.United Bilt has gone through two project foremen since my home has started construction.Both have told me several things were not right, but there hands were tied because the fear of losing there job.One foreman told me to never sign off on my house because of so many problems.
