Buyer beware. This builder uses the most non professional subs specifically sod company, Greenside Up. One of the co-owners did not like me watching them lay sod and drove his skidloader at me attempting to hit me. That came after he told me to watch out "I might hit you". The next day, my dog died from poison. A sick, mean recourse. After communicating this to the builder he denied all my concerns and defended his his sub. A plumbing pipe ran wrong, heating run into a basement window, painting issues, smells, and NO communication. His realtor and him are quite sophisticated around closing time, but after that, forget customer service! I would never have this builder build another home!
