Great Builder, response from using this builder for 3 different houses

This is the 3rd house I have built with Sbisa Homes. Each of the 3 homes were built very efficienctly. The builder was easy to work with and we treated each other with mutual respect on all issues. We had a couple of issues with the Air conditionor on the final house. and within a day someone was there to correct the problem. we had the normal settling cracks in sheetrock, but when we turned in our list within one week all problems wee corrected. We initially purchased our lot before the streets were in, and after the streets were in the builder told us the developer had cut the streets very deep, and explained how the lot would not work for our house, so he worked with the developer to get the lot changed. Every step of the way the builder met with us to make sure we were up to date on what was to happen next. I would not only builld again with this builder, but would recommend him to anyone.

didn't do many of the things he promised to do. Has not come back to finish most of the items he said he would after closing. The house is very drafty and cold. Hundreds of cracks in foundation and floor. Wrong windows installed. Floor Joist installed incorrectly. Very bouncy floors. Hardwood floors very squeaky with large gaps and cracks. Two windows leak water. Fireplace not built per blue prints. Master shower puddles water and doesn't drain. Tile grout keeps falling off. Drywall not painted. Over spray everywhere. paint all over woodwork. Interior varnish on exterior door. Sump pump pit filled with constructions debris and drain tile clogged. Too many things to mention. Then, two months after closing he brings us over $32,000 worth of bills he said his wife misfiled and he wants paid. Not one 32K bill, but several bills misfiled that he forgot about.
