River City is a breathe of fresh air in this current climate of building abuses that are so prevelent today. At all stages this company has a hands on approach from sales staff to project managers. Their sub-contractors are courteous and keep a clean work site. What has always separated the bad company from the great company is how they handle problems that invariably occur in the process of the construction. River City not only listens to the owners requests but they also have a quality control process that is in place to correct problems even before the owner may notice them. That is what makes River City stand out--their quality control is excellent and best of all is that they address the customers concerns immediately and without question. You will find that (edited), sales associate, will not only walk you through the sales process but will continue to assist you through all phases of the construction. In addition to her, (edited), sales manager will support your needs also. Although I forget his last name, (edited), the project manager is easy to talk to and will listen and immediately correct any problems you feel are present in the construction. To me, River City gets a FIVE STAR RATING on construction, follow-through and sincere communications.
