Richmond American Rose Hill Estates - cheap construction, expensive area
This is an expensive home & there were a lot of details overlooked or "cheapened" to make more money for the builder. We baiscally paid for the land. Now learning the price that people are paying in the community for new homes because they are sitting on the market longer, I am sickened. The windows are crappy, the doors are cheap, the drainage in our front yard is awful. There is TURNOVER within the R/A staff all of the time. They have been through about 4 customer service people & 4-5 site managers since we moved in July 2005.
