Top notch experience. I bought the biggest floor plan they made (4028 Square feet as delivered) and everything turned out beautiful. Far less quibbles at the final walk through, we close in five days. After all the horror stories I have read about builders, I have yet to read one negative about Realen Homes, which is now owned by Orleans homes. Even though the buyout occurred while we were in construction, it was transparent to us and the house is closing fully two months earlier than opriginally predicted. Employees in the sales office are Wonderful. I can highly recommend them.
