**BUYER BEWARE**KARL CONSTRUCTION**BUYER BEWARE** Small time builder with a Big time attitude! One problem after another... Don't have anything to do with this builder as he won't be in business long with the attitude he shows his clients. If you have already signed the contract with him, hire an attorney you will need one.
