Jerry's Homes does not build a quality product. We were extremely disappointed how issues with our home have been handled. Poor workmanship, I would NOT recommend this builder to anyone!

I have owned several homes and this was the worst. (Edited) was always "out of town". He also has the city inspectors covering for his sub-standard work that is not up to code. Several people wanted him to purchase their home back but did not have the money to fight him in court after purchasing a new home. Check out Iowa Courts on Line and see all the suits filed prior to purchasing a Jerry's Home!

Jerry's homes look good visually but have to be one of the cheapest houses built structurally. They are all about the bells and whistles but cut corners where and when ever possible. After the sale is completed they have no regard for the individuals living within that community. They will run construct vehicles from 6:00 am till 9:00 or 10:00 at night. They will block the roadways completely with their trucks and make you the home owner find a new route out of your neighborhood. Very, very poorly managed company. I would not recommend a Jerry home to my worst enemy

Bought a jerry home that is 5 year old. Floors squeek on second floor. Went to put a ceiling fan in and the support that was in place was loose so I will have to go in attic to replace it. Just goes to show they look good but built cheap and not concern for quality. Hope Jerry gets his!
