Not Happy With Jerry's Homes

We found that the our home was put together very poorly. The exterior walls in one of our rooms are not even close to a 90 degree angle (all walls). We were not even able to put a corner shelf in the room because the corners were so off. The counter tops have now pulled away from the wall about 3/4 to and inch and we were told that that was normal and we just needed to put a bead of caulk in it. They also did not lay the sump pump drain tube correctly. We were told that it drained directly into the city drain but it actually just goes out into our grass underground. We only get excuses and not very many results when we talk with them.
