Kimball Hill started building homes in 1939 to help his fellow veterans find the affordable, quality housing they needed. His vision is largely responsible for building the city of Rolling Meadows, Illinois.

Today, Kimball Hill Homes, founded by David K. Hill in 1969, is the nation's 24th largest homebuilder and is headquartered in Rolling Meadows. David Hill began building Kimball Hill Homes upon the same solid foundation of value and caring that his father laid down.

Kimball Hill was not just a great homebuilder - he was also a wonderful man who inspired others. Kimball Hill Homes has attracted many employees who have special talents combined with warm hearts.
