Inspired by a love of design and the desire to build creative homes, Casa Bella Homes combines the talents of architectural and construction professionals. Organized in April 1999, Casa Bella Homes has built homes ranging in price from $150,000 to $2,000,000. Versatility and quality are our trademarks.

President Brady Behrens is Casa Bella's construction expert. Brady has devoted his entire career to building homes and has supervised both large and small construction departments for several builders in the Austin area. He takes a hands-on approach to each house Casa Bella builds and believes it is important to work with everyone involved in the homebuilding process. Paramount are the homeowners and their ideas for an ideal home, the architects and engineers who design the home, and the subcontractors who build and decorate the home. Brady approaches homebuilding as an art form while calling on years of experience to deliver the highest quality construction in each home he builds. All homes are backed by the Bonded Builders Home Warranty program.

Casa Bella has a close association with Kipp * Flores Architects, utilizing their extensive catalogue of plans, as well as working together to design a truly custom home for our clients, if needed. Kipp * Flores is one of the premier architecture firms in the Austin area. Capturing the beauty of open spaces while remembering the plan must build efficiently has earned Kipp * Flores numerous national awards and an extensive client list both locally and nationwide.

Casa Bella's designs reflect the way homeowners live today, with formal areas taking a back seat to expansive kitchens spacious enough for several cooks at once, outdoor fireplaces, large and welcoming screened-in porches and courtyards to harbor small gardens and calming fountains. In short, these homes are warm and inviting for the informal entertaining of friends and family.

We work closely with clients through the design process, forging their ideas and our expert advice into a new home unique in style and constructed to our exacting standards. The result is a customer list of new friends who serve as our references. We love the creativity and exchange involved in building custom homes. That's why and how Casa Bella Homes was formed.

Casa Bella Homes has recently expanded its construction enterprise to include remodeling and additions to existing homes. Once again, the most important aspect of the project is to create the environment the homeowner envisions, while maintaining our quality construction standards.

Brady is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Texas Association of Builders and the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin. Casa Bella currently builds anywhere in the Austin metropolitan area.
