Our unique Crestwood home, our model in Savage, provides a double stair case that is both dramatic and functional. Our Legacy luxury home, a home for sale in Lakeville, provides a huge owner's suite with walk-up steps. The Clairemont home, which is a model home in Lakeville, has a dramatic two-story foyer and large formal dining room that is perfect for entertaining.

Looking inside our decorator model homes it is apparent that Brandl Anderson Homes sees home building from the customer's point of view. We build a wide range of home plans - from a simple home plan like a two bedroom townhouse floor plan to economical house plans like our Bayfield or Monaco or house plans with bonus space like our Crestwood and Ainsley. We strive to build open floor plans for ease in entertaining, and pay special attention to the details of the kitchen and bathroom because we know those areas in the floor plan are important to you. We offer many home sites to choose from in Minnesota and Wisconsin - from Mayer, Minnesota to Baldwin, Wisconsin.

Looking for a townhome? We build townhouses in several locations. Our townhomes in Savage, Minnesota provide a variety of floor plans. Calumet Oaks, our townhome neighborhood in Savage provides wooded homesites and pond views. The small townhouse neighborhood will only have a total of 77 townhouses. Our townhome neighborhood in Rochester, Foxfield, is in a great location for residents at the Mayo Clinic and employees of IBM.

We want to provide our customers a full service experience from building their home to selling their existing property. Value Realty agents specialize in listing residential homes. They understand the Minneapolis and St. Paul real estate market and can help you list your home at a fair price. When you use Value Realty you can expect a professional real estate agent to do market analysis on your property, list your home on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and market your property to future investors.


One Stop Shop
Brandl Anderson Homes provides a one stop shopping builder experience for all your new home buying needs. We have teamed up with Value Realty, a Minnesota real estate company to help you sell your existing home. Professional real estate agents will conduct a market analysis of your home and list your existing home on the Minnesota MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Value Realty agents will also help you stage your home to ensure your home for sale will sell quickly. Value Realty agents licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin will also serve as your liaison with the builder. Christopher David Design is a full selection and interior design center where you are able to select your floor and wall coverings, window treatments, lighting, and more for your new home. The benefit is that you can make all your selections at once and ensure that all your items match. You are encouraged to bring pillows, swatches and other items to your selection meeting. Christopher David Design is located in Lakeville, Minnesota.

Brandl Anderson Homes encourages customer participation by scheduling meetings between the builder and customer throughout the building process. We provide a full-time warranty staff and Customer Care Representative staff to assist customers throughout the building process and after close.

We provide a unique communication service with our Customer Toolbox - a web based program where you can see and share photos of your home as its being built! The Customer Toolbox also provides you the opportunity to see important dates in the construction of your home, communicate with Brandl Anderson Homes representatives, and submit change orders for your home.

CUSTOMIZED PLANS: Just as no two people are alike, no two homes we have built have been exactly alike. We have a full Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) system and CAD technicians on our staff, allowing us to customize every house to fit every individual.
