Bancroft Homes has flourished for 30 years throughout New Castle County and Southeastern Pennsylvania and has become one of the Delaware Valley's premiere custom home builders. "I found out early on that diversified and expert personnel are essential to the custom building process," said Bancroft Homes President Stephen Mockbee. "Each home is unique and you must have people with exceptional technical skills who understand how to bring together all of the various architectural, system and finish elements within an often complicated footprint." Still, Stephen insists on a hands-on approach to every project so that a policy of total commitment to each customer is maintained. He is visible, accessible and accountable - as is his management team, comprised of experienced project managers and superintendents.
