At Orleans Homebuilders, the tradition of delivering outstanding homes and building value began when company founder Alfred P. Orleans built the first Orleans home in 1918.
Today, Orleans is thriving under the seasoned, third-generation leadership of Jeffrey P. Orleans. From condominiums for first-time buyers, to townhomes with leisure lifestyles, to luxurious single-family homes for move-up buyers, the tradition of superior value has held through the building of each of over 75,000 homes.
Orleans has operated in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for over 85 years and in October of 2000 began operations in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia through the acquisition of a privately-held residential homebuilder. In recent years, Orleans Homebuilders was ranked the largest homebuilder in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, building more homes than any other homebuilder in this market, and has also been listed in the top 50 fastest growing homebuilders in the nation by Builder Magazine. In addition, Orleans has been listed as America's 52nd largest homebuilder in the nation in the Builder 100 list.

Orleans Homebuilders (OHB) prefers the City of Brotherly Love to Bourbon Street. OHB builds communities of single-family homes, condos, and townhomes for first-time and move-up buyers, luxury homebuyers, empty nesters, and active adult homebuyers. Prices range from $165,000 to more than $2.3 million, depending on region. The company annually delivers about 1,500 homes in about 100 communities. Nowhere near the Crescent City, OHB operates mainly in the Philadelphia metro area (including several counties in New Jersey and New York), the Carolinas, and Virginia. It also builds in Arizona, Florida, and Illinois. OHB offers financing and mortgage brokerage -- more than half of its buyers use its mortgage services.
