Otto "Buz" DiVosta, the founder of DiVosta, built his first home while still in his teens. His innovation created the Built-Solid Building System. In 1997, Buz sold the company to Pulte Homes but his tradition of quality, innovation, and value continue. DiVosta builds new townhomes, patio homes, and single family homes in communities in Collier, Martin, Palm Beach and Sarasota counties in Florida.

The company, headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, includes a production plant and building supplies division which supports the unique Built-Solid poured cement method of construction that has fueled the organization's growth.
