A little respect is all I want at this point, and to get my house fixed! It's been 90 days of hell. If I hear "optical illusion" or "within industry allowance" one more time I will kill someone. Levels don't lie, stripes in my kitchen cabinets finish are't the new chic. Please, just fix my house. And,now they planted a dirty California Pepper Tree just 9 feet from my pool...the pool they urged us to build and roll into our mortgage...using their pool contractor and their mortgage company. hmmm..kickbacks?? stay away from these people. Lie cheat and steal, not a new political board game, they way KIMBALL HILL HOMES Las Vegas does business.

We landed with Wells Fargo, that's fine, the rate was fine. NEVER roll your pool into your loan when they require you to use their contractor. Actually, the pool, thous overpriced, is the best part of the house, with no flaws, no defects that we have found since completion. The house on the other hand...we know it will never be right unless we go out of pocket.
