If you were ever in the construction business you would know to never buy a Pulte Home!!!!!!! Pulte Homes bases all product choices based on corporate kick backs!!!! (they prefer them to be called a rebate..ha ha ha) they tell the supcontractor (who has to warranty the product out of their own pocket) what products to use....even if it raises the base price of the house for a subpar product...as long as the corporations hand is being greased.....I know for a fact that YORK manufacturing gives Pulte homes $150.00 per system for every unit installed on their homes, based on their product being used exclusively.....thats millions of $ for the A/C equipment alone........I have worked with many many builders over the years, but Pulte definately takes the cake in dont give a ***t about anything but their bottom line...It was pointed out to Pulte Homes Customer Service in AZ as well as higher ups that the way they design their homes in AZ will result in the homeowner being uncomfortable in their newly purchased homes approximately 4 to 6 weeks out of the year (so Pulte can save about $500 by downsizing your A/C equipment) (all based on a book that says you should be comfortable) thats like saying one size fits all......when this was pointed out the A/C company was told, upon a comfort complaint Which means, when the A/C has been running non stop (let me point out there being nothing wrong with the equipment)and the house you just paid $350,000 for will not achieve a temperature below 30' ambient (remember it gets up to 115' here)...the A/c company is to check to see if the equipment is performing correctly and use a device to make sure the correct amount of air coming out of the register then wash their hands of it...(that is a quote from the PULTE people).....could you imagine not getting your house below 85' and being told thats exactly what Pulte asked for.........OH AND BY THE WAY ALL OF THE PULTE EMPLOYEES WORK IN A GORGEOUS BUILDING IN THE HIGHEST RENT AREA IN SNOTTSDALE, AND ARE PRIVEY TO FULLY STOCKED CAFETERIA, AND ONE EMPLOYEE FOR EVERY TASK....BUT IT IS THEIR SUPCONTRACTORS THAT ARE CONTINUALLY THREATENED THAT THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE THE SUBDIVISION BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE IS (NO EXAGERATION $20 LESS THATN YOUR PRICE)FUNNY WHEN YOU TELL THEM TO GO AHEAD AND AWARD TO SOMEONE ELSE THY SAY THEY WILL JUST STICK WITH YOU, ONLY TO THREATEN THE SAME THING 2 WEEKS LATER......JUST GAMES....IT MUST REALLY SUCK TO BE A CORPORATE MINION!!!!!!
