Builder and principal, Kevin Bryar, made fraudulent promises of "luxurious" and "sound-deadening" construction. In fact, Bryton/Bryar DID NOT CONSTRUCT THE BUILDING ACCORDING TO THE ARCHITECTS PLANS, leaving out resilient channels in the ceiling, a key acoustical component. I am now treated to the mind-numbing sounds of footsteps, running water and TV from the upstairs unit.

"Luxurious" construction included the addition of a portable, baseboard heater in the common lobby because of the lack of ventilation in the building. And then this dumbass built a second garage adjacent to my exterior parking space, rendering it unusable!
