This builder has received eight ratings that have resulted in an average score of 8.1. Yet while Perry Homes builds in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Mission/McAllen, only Austin and Houston homeowners have rated this builder. We need other Perry homeowners to speak out!

Are you talking about the same Perry Homes that contributed about $11 million in the last election cycle by way of numerous friendly-sounding political groups, to defeat candidates all over the country? Is this the same builder who lost in court and arbitration to a couple in TX, and took the case to the TX Supreme Court so it would be before justices he heavily contributed to?

As it turns out, I am talking about the same Perry Homes. After digging a bit, I found that this builder has made sizable political contributions and was also involved in an insanely long arbitration with a Texas couple.

However, the 6 ratings on this site for Perry Homes are all positive. Does this mean that disgruntled Perry homeowners haven't found this site? Does this mean that the couple in arbitration were the exception and not the norm? Or perhaps this means that Perry Homes learned from previous mistakes and is now building in an ethical manner?

Does anyone else have thoughts on this?

I think sometimes we need to realize posts made by employees to help boost ratings. As far as building- had people testifying in Austin last year on their Perry Homes, not good.
